Can I submit a property I want to sell?
Yes. Use the contact form to send the property address, condition and timeline. Xavier reviews the inquiry with you before any listing is created or advertised.
What does “under contract” mean on a listing?
The listing must state the actual transaction being offered, such as a property sale or a contract assignment. Contact Xavier for the specific contractual rights, price and conditions. An opportunity under contract is not a statement that Soto Investment owns the property.
Does contacting you reserve a property?
No. Availability and price are confirmed during review. Any reservation, deposit, purchase or assignment requires the applicable written agreement.
How do I discuss a property that interests me?
Use the listing's details button or the contact form. Include the property reference and your questions. Funding statements and property details must be reviewed before moving forward.
